Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day exchange on unused products in original packaging. We do not currently offer refunds — only exchanges.

Eligibility

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. The exchange request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Exchangeable Items

Products that have been opened, used, or removed from original packaging are not eligible for exchange. We also cannot accept exchanges on items purchased during sale events or with promotional discount codes.

How to Initiate

Email us at support@xerado.in within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the product you wish to exchange, and the reason for exchange. We will provide return instructions once your request is reviewed.

Damaged Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
